Green chili – 2 finely chopped
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Oil – for frying
Green coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

To make Suji Potato Masala Puri, first grate semolina, flour and potatoes in a bowl. After this add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, celery, ginger, green coriander and oil as per taste and mix while stirring with hands.
